ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend men's indoor track & field junior Matthew Laslavic (Evans City, PA/Seneca Valley) was named Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Men's Field Athlete of the Week for the week of February 5-11.

Laslavic was the top-finisher in the field for the Lions at the SPIRE Indoor Games, jumping 39-9 1/4 in the triple jump for an eighth-place finish.

The track & field teams will be back in action this weekend at Ashland's "Last Chance Meet" on Saturday, Feb. 17. Meet time is slated for 11 a.m.
