SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's track & field team took part in the Dave Labor Invitational at Slippery Rock on Saturday.

Key Moments:

* Senior Dan Dabrowski (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek) was the top finisher of the day for Behrend in the field, earning first place with a 161-1 distance in the discus throw
* Kody Klein (North East, PA/Cathedral Prep) ran a fourth-place time in the 800m with a time of 1:57.71, while Aidan Domencic (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley) was a sixth-place finisher in the 3000m steeplechase (9:56.73)
* In the high jump, Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley) and Derek Hillhouse (Erie, PA/McDowell) placed second and third in the high jump with clearances of 6-4
Matthew Laslavic (Evans City, PA/Seneca Valley) delivered an eighth-place finish in the javelin (167-1), followed by Aiden Grieneisen (Brockway, PA/Brockway Area) in 10th with a throw of 165-0
* Thrower Alex Cotton (Saxonburg, PA/Knoch) finished 12th with a distance of 47-2 1/4 in the shot put, while fellow thrower Hayden Travers (Henrietta, NY/Rush-Henrietta) recorded 10th place in the hammer throw (136-7)
* The Lions 4x4 relay team of Klein, Jake Walden (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep), Aidan Seeman (Edinboro, PA/General McLane), and Dominic Marino (Girard, PA/Girard) tallied third, running a time of 3:30.50
* The 4x1 relay team of Hetrick, Marshall Nock (Aliquippa, PA/Hopewell), Brandon Konieczki (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek), and Jake Egizio (Canonsburg, PA/Canon-McMillan) registered eighth with a time of 46.53
