ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team defeated Pitt-Bradford 187-82 in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Saturday at the Junker Center.

* The Lions won the first 11 of 13 events to take a large lead and hold on against the Panthers for the conference win
* Glenn Fowkes (Vandergrift, PA/Kiski Area) had a pair of wins and one relay victory
* Jacob Earley (Erie, PA/Harbor Creek) started the meet with a score of 179.40 to win the one-meter diving before claiming the three-meter board (208.0)
* Fowkes swam with Jax Abele (Erie, PA/Iroquois), Tim Compton (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) and Will Perham (Upper St. Clair, PA/Upper St. Clair) to win the 400 medley relay in 4:27.84
* Individually, Fowkes won the 100 backstroke (55.06) and the 200 backstroke (2:05.32)
* Perham followed the relay win with a first-place finish in the 1000 freestyle (11:00.45)
* Dan Tanaskovic (Aliquippa, PA/Central Valley) led Behrend in the 200 free with a winning time of 1:54.06 to edge teammate Shane Rupert (Gibsonia, PA/Pine-Richland)
* In the 100 breaststroke, Ryan Willis (State College, PA/State College) led a 1-2-3 finish with a time of 1:03.49
* Abele was the first to finish in the 50 freestyle in 23.10 and Anthony Tumino (Hershey, PA/Hershey) got the win in the 100 freestyle (49.03)
* Compton added his second win of the day in the 200 breaststroke in 2:16.32 to complete the scoring for the Lions
