ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's indoor track & field program is set to compete in the Cornell Invitational on Sunday in Ithaca, New York. The meet begins at 10 a.m.

* The Lions are ranked fourth in the Mideast Region this week after competing in the Mount Union Invite last weekend
* The pole vault team of Nick Lachut (Pittsburgh, PA/Baldwin), Kyle Grimm (Beaver, PA/Beaver Area), Jack Georgetson (Aliquippa, PA/Hopewell), and Elijah Dangrow (Greenville, PA/Greenville) are ranked the top pole vault event squad in NCAA Division III Men's Indoor Track and Field based on the USTFCCCA #EventSquad rankings
* Lachut and Grimm each had career-best heights at Mount Union, clearing 4.81m and 4.61m, respectively
* Lachut, Grimm, and Dangrow went one, two, and three in the pole vault at the meet
* Senior Chris Drozynski (Stoneboro, PA/Lakeview) tallied a first-place victory in the 1000m, running a 2:35.81
* The men's relay team of Devin Ross (Shenango Township, PA/Shenango), Zachary Tingley (Stoneboro, PA/Lakeview), Antonio Stello (Punxsutawney, PA/Punxsutawney), and Eric Stehlik (Northport, NY/Northport) won the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:33.46
* As a team, the Lions have eight individuals and one relay that are qualifiers for the All-Atlantic championship
* Smith is ranked second in the AARTFC in the high jump with a 2.07m mark
* The distance medley relay team of Drozynski, Eric Stehlik, Tingley, and Phoenix Myers (Erie, PA/Seneca) holds the third-place spot in the AARTFC
