Belack, Oberlander Earn All-Region Honors

ERIE, Pa. – Seniors Olivia Belack (Upper St. Clair, PA/Upper St. Clair) and Jordan Oberlander (Waterford, PA/Fort LeBoeuf) have been named to the 2017 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-Great Lakes Region Team.

Oberlander was selected to the first team for her first All-Region honors, while Belack is receiving her third All-Region accolade of her career. She was chosen to the second team after earning first team a year ago and third-team honors as a sophomore.

As a first-team choice, Oberlander will move onto the ballot for a chance at All-American status. She finished the season ranked third in the nation in goals (30) and points (66). Oberlander also added six assists and six game-winning goals to her stat line. She was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Player of the Year and was a first-team choice. Oberlander registered a point or more in all but two games, setting the program's single-season records for goals and points.

Belack tallied a team-best eight assists the season while scoring 10 goals for 28 points. The senior forward was named to the All-AMCC first team, her fourth straight All-Conference nod. Belack registered three-game winning goals, including the game winner in the AMCC Championships. She also broke the school record for career assists this season and had multiple goals in four contests.
