ERIE, Pa. - The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) announced Kenny Fukon (Cranberry Twp., PA/Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic) as the men's basketball player of the week on Monday.

Fukon led the Lions in scoring in each game this past week, in route to a 2-0 conference mark to help the Lions stay undefeated in conference action. Fukon netted a double-double in wins over Pitt-Greensburg and Pitt-Bradford, averaging 17.5 points and 11 rebounds in those two games. In the victory over Pitt-Bradford, he finished with 17 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and three steals. The senior guard has scored in double-digits every game this season and is third in the AMCC in scoring average.

Behrend is back in action on Wednesday as the Lions host La Roche at 7:30 p.m.
