PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Chelsea Magnusen (Plum, PA/Plum) dished out a career-high 38 assists while Stefanie Kelley (Moon Township, PA/Moon) had a double-double with 14 digs and 11 kills to lead Penn State Behrend past Chatham 3-0 in non-conference volleyball action on Tuesday.

The Lions (6-8) defeated the Cougars 25-15, 25-20 and 25-16. Jessica Woods (Corry, PA/Corry) had a season-best 16 kills to go with four aces and Brittany Dhayer (Georgetown, PA/South Side) tallied a season-high 13 digs and six kills.

Sarah Jacobs (Cochranton, PA/Cochranton) contributed seven kills and three blocks, and Alyssa Pears (Meadville, PA/Meadville) knocked in six kills and three aces.

Behrend returns to action on Friday at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational. The Lions face DeSales at 4 p.m.
