TIFFIN, Ohio – The Penn State Behrend women's track and field team traveled to the Tiffin Invitational on Saturday continuing what has been a solid season for the Lions.

Paige Allen (Butler, PA/Butler) had another strong day notching three Top-Five finishes. Allen took second place in the 400m dash with a time of 1:00.41. She also added a fourth-place finish in the 200m dash and a fifth-place finish in the 60, dash. She ran a 26.47 in the 200 and an 8.00 in the 60.

Three Lion runners finished in the Top 10 in the 3,000m dash led by Katie Manno (Erie, PA/McDowell). Manno tallied a time of 11:41.89 which was good for fifth place. Following Manno, Catherine Fox (Erie, PA/Fairview) placed seventh with a time of 12:30.91. Abigal Johnston (Grove City, PA/Grove City) finished one place behind Fox in eighth. Johnston ran a 13:03.38.

Rachel Pell (Elizabeth, PA/Elizabeth Forward) took sixth place in the 60m hurdles. Pell posted a time of 10.73.

The Lions now have six invitationals under their belt and look to use next Saturday as springboard into ECAC completion. Behrend travels to the Kenyon Invitational next Saturday with events set to start at 10 a.m.
