ERIE, Pa. – The Gannon men’s water polo team managed to edge Behrend 22-10 in non-conference action on Sunday at the Carneval Athletic Pavilion.
Sam Hyrne tallied a season-high five goals and Brian Shapter made 13 stops, his season best in the cage. Brandon Horsch added a pair of goals while three others recorded one apiece.
The Lions return to action on Saturday at Mercyhurst, beginning at 12 p.m. before returning to the Junker Center for a game against W&J at 4 p.m.
