Four Named to All-AMCC Team

ERIE, Pa. – Four Penn State Behrend women swimmers earned All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) honors, announced on Monday.

Freshman Mia Pietropola (Pittsburgh, PA/Plum) led the way for the Lions with four first-team accolades. She won three individual events and was a member of the winning 400 medley relay at the championship meet. Pietropola also won the 200 IM, and the 100 and 200 breaststroke.

Alex Isaacson (Williamsport, PA/Williamsport) was a three-time All-AMCC selection. She was the conference champion in the 400 IM and was a part of the 400 medley relay for first-team honors, before getting second team in the 200 IM.

Meagan Daily (Pittsburgh, PA/Our Lady of the Sacred Heart) and Lauren Rosato (Pittsburgh, PA/Chartiers Valley) are the remaining two that made up the winning 400 medley relay to be named first-team All-Conference. Daily and Rosato picked up another All-Conference nod on the second team for the 200 butterfly and 100 butterfly, respectively.
