Wyckoff Named AMCC Women's Swimmer of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend women's swimmer Jessica Wyckoff (Elma, NY/Iroquois) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Swimmer of the Week, announced on Monday.

The freshman is earning her first Athlete of the Week honors for swimming in four relays and three individual events for the Lions at the Fredonia State Blue Devil Invitational.

Wyckoff had a personal-best time in the 50 free, placing 12th in 25.87. She also was 11th in the 100 free (56.58) and 14th in the 200 free (2:04.69). The best relay finish was in the 400 medley relay where the foursome finished fifth in 4:18.63.

The Lions return to action on Saturday, January 16 at Washington & Jefferson. Meet time is 1 p.m.
