ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team has been named a Division III Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), on Monday.

The CSCAA has named 731 teams to its Scholar All-America list for the Spring 2022 semester.  The teams represent 441 institutions and 17,845 student-athletes from across all NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA Divisions. The CSCAA recognizes teams with the Scholar All-America Award for achieving a team grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. 

The Lions sported a 3.5 GPA and was one of two Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) teams representing Division III. Alfred State was also recognized by the CSCAA.
