ERIE, Pa - Penn State Behrend men's water polo utility player Isaak Hatopp (Saline, MI/Saline) was named to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-MPSF Honorable Mention for his performance through the 2016 season.

Hatopp put together a remarkable rookie season for the Lions. He played in all 26 games for Behrend, tallying a team-high 55 goals which totaled 2.12 per game.

On October 17th, 2016, Hatopp was named as the MPSF Newcomer of the Week for his performance from the week prior. He tallying 13 goals, five assists and nine steals in four games. He scored four goals against Washington & Jefferson and added an assist. Hatopp then added one against Mercyhurst. Against Monmouth, he played a role in eight of the 10 Behrend goals, scoring a career-high six goals and adding two assists. He finished the weekend with two goals, two steals and an assist against La Salle.
