ERIE, Pa. – Brittany Pinter (Erie, PA/McDowell) was named the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Rookie of the Week, announced on Wednesday.

The Penn State Behrend freshman scored three times in Behrend's 6-5 victory over Caltech on March 11.

Pinter followed that up with all four of the Lions goals in a 10-4 defeat to Malacaster on March 14. She then scored five times in Behrend's 14-8 victory over Monmouth on the next day.

The Lions will travel to Grove City on Thursday, March 20, at 8 p.m.
