Behrend Lions Remain Atop Presidents Cup Standings

ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend Athletics remains in the top spot in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Presidents Cup Standings with a commanding .812 percentage ranking following the conclusion of the 2022-23 winter season.

The Lions have won two conference championships, including men's and women's cross country in the fall, while placing runner up in women's basketball, and men's and women's swimming and diving this winter.

Penn State Altoona has a .621 ranking percentage for second place. The Altoona Lions secured a conference championship in men's golf. Behind Penn State Altoona is Alfred State in third (.616). The Pioneers won three titles, including women's volleyball in the fall and men's and women's swimming and diving this winter.

The Lions have won 19 of 21 Presidents Cups since the award was introduced during the 2000-2001 academic year.
