ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's soccer team is currently ranked sixth in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Great Lakes Region poll. The have moved up two spots in each of the past two weeks, jumping from 10th to sixth.
The Lions (12-1-1, 6-0 AMCC) are cruising on a nine-game winning streak, tallying six shutouts in the process, including four of their last five games. Behrend took down La Roche 3-0 and Medaille 2-1 in their last two games. Each of those teams were previously unbeaten in conference play.
The Lions look to continue their best start in program history at Pitt-Greensburg Saturday at 1 p.m.
