ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team will host the Westminster Titans in their home opener on Saturday in the Junker Center Pool. Meet time is 1 p.m.

Penn State Behrend News & Notes

* The Lions are coming off a 162-117 win at Alfred State last Saturday
* Behrend won 11 of the 16 events on the day
* The Lions had eight different swimmers win first place (individual or relay)
* Freshman Jacob Eshelman (Franklin, PA/Franklin) was named the AMCC Swimmer of the Week
* Eshelman won the 100 breaststroke (1:04.84) and the 100 freestyle (50.31) against the Pioneers
* Matt Karenbauer (Butler, PA/Knoch) was also a individual double winner for the Lions
* Karenbauer touched first in the 100 and 200 butterfly events

Westminster News & Notes

* The Titans will open their season against the Behrend Lions
* Westminster was picked tied for first in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Coaches Preseason Poll
* Seniors Aaron Dunlany and Matt Kwalick, junior Connor May and sophomore Patrick Holton were named to the PAC Men's Swimmers and Divers to Watch list.
