Behrend Rolls 8-1 over Frostburg State to Improve to 11-5

The Penn State Behrend men's tennis rolled to an 8-1 win over Frostburg State in an AMCC conference matchup on Saturday, March 27.  With the win Behrend improves to 11-5 on the season and 6-1 in AMCC play.

Elliot Blackstone (Wexford/Pine Richland) continued his hot streak with a 6-3, 6-2 win at #1 singles, while Chris Galvin (Erie/McDowell) cruised to a 6-1, 6-4 win at #2 singles. 

Peter Bissert (Pittsburgh/Seton-LaSalle), Kelly Manning (Sharpsville/Kennedy Catholic), and Brad Nagel (West Alexander/McGuffey) also won their singles matches.  The blue and white also won all three doubles matches in the dominant victory. 

After playing six of seven at home, the blue and white now become road warriors, playing their final seven regular season matches on the road.  Next up for Behrend is a 4:00 p.m. match at Pitt-Bradford on March 31.
