ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Beherend sophomore goalie Ty Elder (Brentwood, CA/Heratige) was named to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) 2013 Men's All-American Team as an honorable-mention selection on Thursday.

In his second season as the Lions starting goalie, Elder set a single-season school record with 325 saves. He also forced a team-leading 71 steals.

Through just two seasons at Behrend, Elder has already established himself as a team leader and a key member of the Lions water polo program.
