ERIE, Pa. – The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) announced Shannon Young (Roseville, CA/Roseville) and Marley Persch (Hudsonville, PA/Hudsonville) as Division III All-American Honorable Mentions. Both Young and Persch led Penn State Behrend and tied for the team high in goals with 47 this season.

Young hits the All-American list for the second time in her career after earning the national accolade in the shortened 2019-20 season. Young added 25 assists to her goal total for 72 points, resulting in a first team All-Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) selection.

Persch was named CWPA Rookie of the Year along with first-team honors on April 25. Persch brought in weekly CWPA awards on three different occasions and finished the season with 58 total points.
