ERIE, Pa. – Eric Hackworth (Pittsburgh, PA/Shaler) and Eric Vunovic (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) were named to the 2013 National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire Division III Men's All-Great Lakes Region second team on Tuesday.

The announcement comes as another in a string of honors for both players. Hackworth and Vunovic were each first-team all-Allegheny Mountain College Conference (AMCC) selections, and Hackworth was named AMCC Defensive Player of the Year.

This is the second consecutive All-Great Lakes region selection for Hackworth. While known for his superb defense, the senior caught fire on the offensive side near season's end, scoring three goals and totaling seven points in a three-game span.

Vunovic's 10 goals and six assists were integral in helping to lead the Penn State Behrend men's soccer team to the 2013 AMCC Tournament Championship and a spot in the NCAA Tournament. Earlier this season, he became the first player in Lions history to notch 20 goals and 20 assists over the course of a career.
