ERIE, Pa. – Anne Lawrence, a member of the Penn State Behrend women’s swimming and diving team, had been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Swimmer of the Week. It is the first time she has earned the honor this season.

In the win over Pitt-Bradford, Lawrence won the 200 IM, 100 fly and was a part of the winning 400 medley relay. Against Mount Union, she was first in the 200 fly, second in the 100 fly and swam a leg on the winning 200 free relay. She also was a member of the second-place 200 medley relay.

The Lions return to action on Saturday against Edinboro. Meet time is 1 p.m.
