Men's Track and Field Back in Action on Friday

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's track and field team is back at Nazareth this weekend for the Conference Tune-Up on Friday, beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Behrend News & Notes:

* Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley) enters with the second-best mark (2.10m) in the high jump in all of NCAA Division III this season with the mark he set at the Jud Logan Invite hosted by Ashland
* Braeden Smith (Erie, PA/Seneca) enters tied for third in the nation with a season-best 2.08m in the same event
* Phoenix Myers (Erie, PA/Seneca) has been the Lions best long distance runner this season, having a team-best in the mile (4:25.14), 3000m (9:02.16) and 5000m (16:10.55)
* Antonio Stello (Punxsutawney, PA/Punxsutawney) enters with bests in the 60m and 200m, with marks of 7.07 and 22.33, respectively
* Islam Daghestani (Meadville, PA/Meadville Area) placed 15th in the pole vault last weekend at Tiffin with a mark of 4.25m
* Daghestani set his season-high at Ashland earlier this season with a final height of 4.27m
