The 2008 Behrend Lions volleyball team captured the ECAC South Region Championship in dramatic fashion, coming back from a 2-1 set deficit against Cabrini to take the title in five exciting sets. The ECAC championship was the first ever for the Penn State Behrend volleyball program and a satisfying cap to a season in which the squad posted a 25-9 record and won ten of its last 11 matches.
